Villa Calypso has two apartments, Upper Calypso and Lower Calypso, which can be rented separately. Or rent the whole house at a discount. Villa Iris is for a couple or a family; it has a separate suite on the lower floor. The rental rates are below.

Upper Calypso L $1,650 H $2,100 Christmas rental $4,200 per week
Sleeps 1-6. Two king-size bedrooms, each with a private bath, large kitchen/dining/livingroom area with a queen-size sleeper couch and a half-bath, and a large veranda with a sunset view.

Lower Calypso L $1,150 H $1,500 Christmas $3,000
Sleeps 2-4. One king-size bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, bath, kitchen/dining/livingroom area, and a large veranda with a sunset view.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

The villa is confirmed on receipt of 50% of the rental. This deposit is non refundable. The balance (50% of the rental) must be received 60 days prior to arrival date or the reservation is cancelled. The balance payment (50% of the rental) is non refundable.
