If someone does not need additional bedrooms, these could be a small 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, a media and/or gym workout area with a small kitchen that could be centrally located. There is space for that. There is a beautiful full bathroom and shower already completed.. There is also a deck that runs the full length of the bottom floor that would be wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the view.
There is roof top access to phenomenal views of the sea, St. Kitts and Mount Nevis. A beautiful view of the surrounding area while sitting and watching the sunset and stars as you sip a cool, refreshing beverage. The views do not get better than this.
The owner has had a very nice parking area designed also. The use of space has been very well utilized.
