What Investment do Nevis and St Kitts Require?
Citizenship may be obtained by either donating a minimum of US $250,000 to a Government established charity called the SIDF or by buying real estate in St Kitts or Nevis in
one of the approved projects with a minimum investment of US $400,000. Most of our clients prefer the real estate option as they can sell the real

What are the Government Fees for Citizenship by Investment?
To obtain citizenship status in St Kitts and Nevis there are two methods for this process, buying Government approved real estate or a donation to the SIDF Charity fund. There are also fees for Due Diligence for application.
Real Estate Option for Application:Many people wishing to obtain citizenship choose the purchase of Government approved real estate on the islands. A minimum investment of US $400,000.00 is required but after 5 years the investment can be sol without effecting your citizenship status.
Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation Contributions
The government of St Kitts and Nevis has set up a charity raising funds for displaced sugar industry workers. Depending on family memnbers, there are four differnet categories which a donation can be made to the SIDF to acquire citizenship for St Kitts and Nevis.
What are the Oualie Realty Fees for Citizenship Application?
In addition to the Government fees, Oualie Realty charges a single applicant US$20,000 and US$10,000 for each additional dependent. These applications are processed through our authorized Citizenship by Investment Unit Agent at no additional cost.
Other Fees may apply for Citizenship by Investment?
For clients that want citizenship through St Kitts or Nevis real estate purchase, there are legal fees of 1-2% of the purchase price to register Title to the purchased property. In most developments the alien landholding License fee to Government of 10% of the purchase price has been waived. However this may still be levied in some properties.
